Smokey Ridge Charcuterie began in 2010.  Zach and Kara Taylor were looking for a way to differentiate their family’s farm from the other Apple Hill Farms.  They created the Apple Sausage and began serving savory gourmet lunches made with ingredients grown on site along with their house-made sausages and specialty meats.  The product list quickly expanded to include dozens of seasonal sausages, several different pates, hams, dry-cured bacon, confits, condiments and more.

When the Apple Season is over, you can find Smokey Ridge Charcuterie at Farmer’s Markets in the Sierra Foothills/Sacramento region and enjoy their products year round through their Gourmet Club and Sausage Club.  Smokey Ridge Charcuterie also caters!
